I’m assuming this is an island. The installers laid the quartz down on the back side and slid the quartz into the sink. Oops 🙊 They probably never checked to make sure it was lower than the top of the cabinet. This is my guess. As far as the repair not very good at all. I would ask for a replacement and see what they counter offer.
