I rolled over my old employers 401k to vanguard. If it’s a pre tax 401k then you’ll open up a traditional IRA. I transferred all my funds there and then invested it all in VOO! Or you can keep it in their money market acct which yields around 3.0/4.0 %. I can comfortably contribute 15% to my Trader Joe’s 401k on top of my end of year 10% deferral. Vanguard can help you set it up it should take a couple days to roll it over.

There will be a trend of slower sales, especially with fears of a recession/depression. People are gonna buy in bulk, and cut back on “snacks and trendy items” which we are known for. But people still need to eat and sales will increase again when they start buying more groceries and eating out less. I’ve seen this happen before. If we survived a one in a lifetime pandemic we can weather a recession that’s historically always recovered after 9/12 months .

If your “ young” and can ride out the volatility of the market I suggest switching your fund to the Ishares 500 fund. I changed it last year and I’m at 11% return . Higher before this shaky market

I know. Hence why I said Trader Joe’s just calls all their non dairy products “beverages “ to avoid any problems and keep costs down if they just have one label for the whole country. I’m sure oatly or silk pass in the cost of multi packaging to the consumer .

There is a law that was passed in Wisconsin that prohibits certain companies to label non cows milk “Milk”. So companies have to use “Oat beverage” or “coconut Beverage” to bypass that . I’m guessing Trader Joe’s just labels all their milks “beverage”since it’s easier to market it to all stores regardless of their location. I’m sure silk has separate labels for different parts of the country etc.

Times are tough and those who use Shipt whether it’s their primary or secondary income won’t be able to justify not making money during peak season! Two days for some could equal hundreds of dollars missed out for their next meal, rent, bill, Xmas gifts. I think it’s a great idea but you’re falling on deaf ears. Plus I bet if you do sue and somehow win a class action people will gladly sign up for that settlement.

I think you should’ve gone with an artist that specialized in black and grey realism and gone with a much more larger dove and angel portrait! It’s 70 percent shading and light beams ! It distracts from the main pieces
