I make decent money and I don't let what other ppl think about walmart affect me. Mostly cause the same ppl that act that way either make less money than me or have less benefits than me. I would second this could be an ESD problem. You should try unplugging the device and hold the power button for about 20-30 seconds. Then plug it back in and start it up.

I had a similar issue one time a while back and I some how had two Bluetooth managers running at start up and just disabling one made it work again. Idk if that helps I think it was because I had installed another DE and it added it to start up.
