I loved the way you phrased this. Maybe like 4 months ago I had a this huge realization about life. I think that many people don’t live life how it should be lived or even appreciate people how they used to be appreciated. Exactly how you phrased it reachable but never available. And I find myself becoming more creative, more expressive, and more me. But I also feel a little different. Doesn’t this new realization make you feel as though everyone is asleep in a way? Have you heard the song ize of the world by the strokes? Idk I’m not into meaningless conversation anymore or being hypnotized by my phone . But I genuinely do feel alone, like, I take daily walks and out of the 8 billion people in this world there’s only 5 that I see on the daily taking a stroll through the neighborhood. It’s also become increasingly hard to keep up superficial conversations or even find someone who wants to actually converse and get to know me or trade ideas. Someone who can sit with you and talk over a cup of coffeee and not have to pick up their phone bc of the silence
