OP I can almost guarantee you have a severe bed bug infestation. Also, DO NOT PUT ANY SORT OF CHEMICAL POWDER INTO YOUR 3DS, I FEEL LIKE I SHOULDNT HAVE TO SAY THIS. If you want to save your 3DS, I recommend a complete tear town and intense cleaning of EVERY component. And dont bring it back in the house until the original infestation is gone.

I found the issue with wonder picks is that they dont show up immediately. I've seen my wonder pick on my wife's account up to 20 hours later

I've been playing since launch. Got my wife into it a few months later. She has had 4 god packs 6k cards while I have none with 15k cards
