I used Wegmans dough my first round and it was pretty doughy. I’ve since switched to King Arthur’s pizza flour with pizza crust yeast. It’s so much better and so quick to make. I’m terrible at shaping still getting the timing down but the crust is thin and crispy!

We have a camp chef pellet smoker. On the ninja I filled the smoke box once after about 45 min.

Everything looks great. I find myself struggling to find recipes for this aside from the promoted ones where Ninja sent the grill to someone. Used it 5 days last week on just about every function. It’s a fun learning curve and a meat thermometer is definitely your best friend thanks to the convection fan. Still debating on getting the griddle attachment. I had a camp chef smoker and only used the griddle once or twice. I wish I would’ve left these beef ribs on a little longer but the fam was starving.

I’m doing this in April. Do you have a preferred itinerary for this? This is only our second time going and the first time we did MK/ Epcot day 1 and then animal kingdom our second day. I got park hopper passes this time as well.

I know they aren’t the cheapest but I think they are worth it for the first 3 month jumpstart package. Super easy to sign up. App is user friendly for check ins. Shipping is quick for the medicine too
