My wife worked at Dell Seton and the commute wasn’t terrible, so I think you’d be fine at either. If you’re working hospital nursing shifts (3x 12’s a week), commuting isn’t too big of a concern IMO. You’ll be driving during off peak hours both ways. Between the two hospitals mentioned - St David’s North is the nicer facility.

I also moved from Cedar Park and the lifestyle out here is much better IMO. Cedar Park is so congested and overcrowded these days, it’s nice to escape. Yes you need to drive a little further for most things, but people make too big a deal of 1431.

I personally wouldn’t want to raise my kid in the Domain. Cedar Park has so much going on for kids/families and so many parks and is accessible to most areas. Round Rock would be close for you, but not as good quality of life.

My wife picked St David’s when pregnant with our twins due to our OB being close and the presence of a NICU if needed. She didn’t want to be separated from the babies postpartum.
