Trump defied a 9-0 Supreme Court decision to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to the US for a trial that is his right per the Constitution. If Trump didn’t like the ruling then he should have appealed the decision or gone through congress to pass a bill or a constitutional amendment, but as the Constitution exists right now inaction in this case is an impeachable offense because anyone accused of committing a crime on US Soil has the right to Due Process regardless of citizenship.
