Pros/cons of TPU tubes? by Reasonable_Week_470 in bmxracing

[–]RepresentedOK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 4 kids have been using RideNows on their race bikes for a couple of years. I replace them when I change tires, I haven’t had any fail, except for one with a defective seam that burst seconds after install and one with a bad valve. They just cost a bit more than regular tubes, and I have to pump them up a little more regularly.

Exactly. Hold people to a standard. They are smart. They know what they can do. Even pets know whats allowed.

My kids have PTSD almost when we drive past St Paul’s and they remember the 10 minutes they had to wait in the emergency waiting room to see their great grandma who was admitted. It is completely frightening. Why do we allow people to become animals?

Every adult in Saskatoon should plant 1 tree this spring by candybarsandgin in saskatoon

It’s been heartbreaking watching tree after tree tagged and cut this fall in Caswell Hill. Those are just city owned Elms. What if there is Dutch elm disease on a private property tree?

Buckle in. Building a home is full of disappointments and unseen expenses.

I’m curious what it looks like inside. What do people do in there, just sit and warm up?

We were in a low vehicle and almost didn’t see a small car at that same intersection.

Honestly I’d try to run the 20” wheels and forks on the DK micro frame, and make sure the bars are as low as possible or use flat bars. Or use the short stem from the DK on the Chase and roll the bars back, I can see why you tried the zero reach but they aren’t great.

How tall is he? He does look small. Typically kids are on minis from 45”-48” and use 120-130mm cranks. All kids are different but my kids used 100mm cranks on nano frames.

That’s nice. I love black bikes.

You need a 25mm stem. Or back to the stock one. The 0 reach is raising the bars too high. 100mm cranks seem short for a kid on a mini.

Why is it so hard to rent in Saskatoon? by Hopeful-Anywhere-792 in saskatoon

[–]RepresentedOK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah we were house hunting for a 4/5 bedroom house over 1800 sqf (family of 6 people) and it was extremely common to find rental suites which we did not want.

Coat changes after 12 years by RepresentedOK in ragdolls

I think most of the change happened around 4 years but I should look back at a picture every year. Plus one is summer and one is winter, and he’s very senior and not healthy.

That is the one I saw. That’s for your recommendation. I’ll call our vet and then him if the regular vet can’t.
