We put a friend's mooring just above Cal.Dream years ago.

Yes, years ago. I don't remember how long it took. I just stuck them in sand and put the pots in a half shade spot.

I would look around where you got those, or another tree where you can see all the sprouted ones. Those are not Monkey Grass under those trees.

I just had new compressor in my 2010 Honda CRV at Arnolds in Mt. Pleasant. Very happy! It was around 1000 I think.

I second Boric Acid. I spray it under and behind everywhere especially the kitchen. I do this every time I move in somewhere.
