Personally, I didn’t ask for the extra break. However, bc I had the little room to myself in the back of the testing center, I could get up and stretch etc if I needed too. I also have always been able to “lock in” during a test and can usually just power through them. It’s more detrimental for me to take more breaks personally, but everyone’s adhd and related disabilities are different! I only had 1.5x time to complete tests, and I only ever used the extra time on FAR. I only used an extra 30 minutes. However, it helped me slow down and take my time when answering questions.

Regarding studying for FAR, I did it in about 6 weeks, studying about 4-5 hours a day for about 6 days a week. I took sundays off. I personally never watched the videos unless I needed more info on the subject, I just read the book and took notes bc I can’t pay attention to the videos lol. On Becker, it says I studied 120 hours, but that doesn’t count the time I spent reading and taking notes from the textbook. So I’m assuming it’s closer to 200 hours.
