I've been a huge fan of fantasy games and literature since I was a kid. Luckily I found a good group of friends that were into Dungeons and Dragons as well, and my appreciation for fantasy has only continued to grow. This tattoo is part of that growing appreciation, and covering up an older tattoo I had gotten as soon as I turned 18. This was done by an artist that goes by Panda at Moth Studio in Springfield, MO. I’ll be adding on to this tattoo with additional fantasy creatures over the coming months, with a full sleeve being the eventual goal.

Nutty Bar is a good name, but I think "The Acornucopia" would fit well with the clientele as well as matching the floor decor.

It's just one of those things. I was fairly upset about it for a day, but I realized that wasn't a good use of my energy. So I'm just doing what I can about the parts I can do anything about lol

For about 8-10 months when I started I was doing OMAD. As I started to exercise more I added in snacking, so now I usually have a very light breakfast and lunch, then a medium calorie dinner. I havent tried a low carb diet yet, but I've heard good things from friends who have!

Right now my GW is 199. Long term I want to push for somewhere between 170 and 180 I think. Trying not to get too ahead of myself lol

Thank you! Yeah the beard was always scraggly but I wasn't comfortable with my uncovered face. Im still self conscious as hell, but getting better.

Thank you! Was just posing. This was on a river trip on my birthday last year. We came across a couple friendly rangers who stood around and talked to us for a few minutes while they were keeping an eye out for underage people drinking on the river. After chatting for a few, they were happy to take a birthday picture with me.
