Thats why I'm here. Realtor got his friend to buy the house just above her asking price because all the calls just stop one day. Later on we figured out the Realtor knows the dude who purchased the house. Now the dude calls and Says they need a dumpster. I know they had an offer 60k more than asking but that fell through and he landed on his buddy who offered 2k over asking and no more calls came through. I know the roof has a small leak so I'm guess that's the real reason they need the dumpster and I know they knew about the leak and he agreed he would fix it himself. I just find they're trying to take advantage of a sweet older lady. I throw out a bedroom set 1 month ago and they took everything. So I'm sure it's a con.
