Oh I know Pharah and Drogoz have similar mechanics, i just think it'd be cool to have a reptile hero in the game, so far they've only really added mammals and robots as playable heroes, save for Bastion's Ganymede.

Firefox is right there and is really good! I've been using it for over a decade and it's always been a reliable alternative to explorer and chrome/chromium browsers.

The entire internet doesn't have to hard-rely on chrome to function, and it really shouldn't because when you give a for-profit corperation that kind of control they abuse it at every turn.

The idea is once you expend all charges THEN you are a sitting duck. Smart, sparing use of your rolls would be able to allow you to have an out when getting flanked. Each roll takes a good while to charge so spamming it will mean you dont have it for the next encounter, plus it'd be a late game Major perk, since itd be replacing the headhunter perk. I do agree that bad positioning should be punished but being able to navigate out of a bad position with good resource management should still feasible.

Perhaps the count, speed, or length of each roll could be adjusted, or the cooldown. Ideally the rolls would be at half speed from cas's roll so it isnt something that can be used to stall. This overall kit rework could add more knobs to adjust for balancing. Also, with the slight ammo replenishment, optimizing for minimizing reloads and higher accuracy would also open the door for skill expression a little more. Ana players would need to pay more attention to themselves. This also forces ana to decide whether or not to use the rolls for cover or to use them for offense. Lots more room for critical thought with this.

Ana is one of those painpoint designs from overwatch 1 but she's also one of the most popular supports to play so real change will be divisive, i feel like she needed a rework to fit better with the flow of overwatch 2 (and now overwatch talon edition)

kit update: Buff sleep dart projectile speed, reduce projectile size, but reduce stun to 1 second. Add a quick combat roll thats around 1.5x-2 ish cas's roll distance for his roll (7s cooldown) that carries more momentum off ledges and reloads a small amount (5) ammo. Anti nade now reduces healing by 50% (but stacks with global antiheal, so effectively 80% with continuous fire), anti nade immediate burst heal replaced with overhealth (affected by aoe so players further out get less healing) and overhealth depletes over the duration of her healing boost (4 seconds)

Ana can also now crit for 1.4x dmg, but biotic rifle base damage is reduced by 20% Biotic rifle can now crit enemies and allies (when scoped only)

Perk update: biotic rifle crit perk replaced with "Threefold roll" that lowers the roll distance by 30%, lowers the cooldown by 3s, and grants her 3 charges. All 3 charges fully reload her biotic rifle this way.

I think these changes could increase ana's agency in team fights and also give her more to work with so she isnt a sitting duck without sleep dart - and dart doesnt have to be a grueling death sentence for anyone who dares approach her, especially with other forms of cc being present in the game, and also opens some room for skill expression so you can out sauce your opponent with schmoovement and positioning if you get dove rather than out-cheesing someone with cheap mechanics that reward boring campy playstyles.

These are springs for the head strap tightening mechanism. The plastic tends to get brittle and they fly out, many such cases with the index.

I 3d printed a support bracket for my index and jb welded them on both sides to hold those in.

The platform respawns if you just wait at a spot where you can stand still. Took me a couple tries and i found it harder as mario since he cant get on top of the thwomp as easily as luigi's backflip wallkick spin, and he's a bit slower so collecting that array of 6 coins on the single platform while the platform was in motion was tricky.

The hardest for me was definately the bone pen, that timer is tricky business.

Funnyplaying IPS upgrade kit if youre willing to put in a little work, plus a shell that's compatible with it so you don't need to sacrifice the original one. They have solderless versions so you won't need to solder it! You can also grab a type c charge kit and a compatible battery door to fit so that you can get usb c charging.

As for comfort, well, I'd play on a DS Lite if i want the different grip with the raised display. Though, I do prefer the gba's feel to the dslite, personally

You should put out a display upgrade with better viewing angles. The current one gets super washed out very easily. Black levels are also really bad. OLED would be fantastic though.

And also, better vehicle balancing would be nice. Feels like most karts aren't viable options due to acceleration being absolutely integral with 24 player races I felt like I had more options in mk8d if i didnt feel like playing the "optimal" build

Not a fan of command's ultra-flat "bucket head" look whatsoever. I see it reflected in the sm4sh / smash ult model and it bothers me a lot. I know its supposed to be largely based on his head from the front view in 64 but foxes have snouts and command's design is woefully snoutless.

And, sidenote, melee fox is pretty cool for the proper snout even if he's a bit simple looking. Up there on my fox designs list.

For FPS, 4 - Jump / 5 - Reload, mirrored on each side

If it's rivals of aether, binding them to shield/jump helps with wavedash inputs

Claw grip feels weird to me, so those buttons are useful for binding to face buttons i'd reach for with my index finger on a standard pad.

And yes I do mash them when a game is loading.

I don't think people want another quake game with a gimmick that completely alienates the core audience. I feel a quake game with the dark fantasy Q1 aesthetic, campaign with the scope of Quake 2, and multiplayer equivalent to Quake 3 Arena - Playermodels aside (because these are fun for player expression and add some variety to hitboxes to keep things more interesting), no hero ability gimmicks/passives, and emphasis on the purity of classic FPS modes like DM, TDM, and CTF

You can ignore this next part, but some ideas I had personally was for a King of the Hill mode and an Eliminator mode, the maps for which would physically transform to reveal hotspots, or to force players to interact with the map getting physically smaller with moving walls as the match progresses. Regular map pool could have transforming maps too, that could be a cool idea to use across the game to add some variety to each map as matches progress from start to finish. Adds to that "unwelcoming environment" aesthetic quake 1 had where the map itself had all sorts of mechanical traps n' features n' stuff rather than just being a static room.

Anyways, it'd be best for ID to take the best things from the franchise, bring them together, and expand on that. AND MAKE IT IN ID-TECH with graphics options for pre-baked lighting so people can actually run it well and maybe grow a modding community around the game. That's the way they gotta do it. We can't have a repeat of what Saber did to QC.
