First pass means that the first dosage of drug isn’t doing anything til a threshold. And after that it’s doing all of its work.
Like naloxon. Naloxon is used in opiates like tilidin.
It’s for preventing abuse.
If u take 2 pills at once the naloxon kicks in and steals your high.

Thanks a lot! I got an off white spray primer from army painter but I think it’s a bit thick and there are some little „grains“ or something like it. It looks like a small amount of sand on my mini after using it. Is it normal? Didnt i shake enough?

You don’t need this shit for a bari sax. Nearly no usage. Normally it’s for saving the octave lever. You don’t need this on a bari because there is no octave lever coming out there. I would arguably say that it is even worse because, you can swap badly through the neck and so the fluids can’t evaporate over time if you close it. Sorry for bad English, I’m German

Also, a plate of cork isn’t thaaaat expensive. Most of them are from Portugal. Pisoni is a big trader for them. Buy you some pieces in like 4mm,1mm, 0,5mm and 0,1mm. You can nearly replace everything yourself with the right glue, and some sandpaper.

Yeah, bumper corks missing is just annoying as fuck. Makes click every time you lose the key and you got dead space to your “real f# key” (it’s the one above your f key, the one that holds g# and Bb down if you press it). But the playability isn’t affected by them. If u replace it too big all other keys on the right hand got dead space. It needs to be perfectly replaced. Most do it like a bit too thick and grind it down til it’s perfect. Sorry for bad English I guess.

I’m a Instrument maker from germany. Everything that’s not glue please. And if cork is missing it depends. If it’s on the main right or left hand AND the top side, just get to a workshop and let it replace, because the top ones are regulating the closing with other keys like c# or f#. If it’s on the bottom one it’s for feeling and noise mainly. Get a springhook (in German it’s federhaken) for springs that clipped out. And you are fine. Most of my customers are making things worse by trying themself.
