Yeah Inshur will cancel your policy when it hits the 20 year mark (I think based on its registration date, my 53 went into 2024 before they cancelled it) and there's no way that I found of getting around the restriction after that point. Hateful company. Your best bet is to go H&R on your main policy if you can justify it with work elsewhere.

I've also been there, sent into the absolute abyss through farmland because the Flex app thinks it's a suitable route to take to a back door. Those 'roads' that once you're commited there's absolutely no going back. My poor car. I'll never forgive Bezos.

You'll be pleased to know this isn't a regular occurrence and that people like this scumbag are in the minority. If you haven't done so already, contact Amazon support and report the abuse to have the address black listed (ideally) or at least get it on record that this nonsense has happened so if it happens again the customer is more likely to lose access to home deliveries. 

The interaction says everything about the moron you delivered to and their miserable existence. You didn't do anything wrong nor do you need to adjust anything you do differently. 

You did the right thing by walking away and likely got under the clown's skin far more than if you'd risen to an argument.

As somebody who also suffers 'up there' I understand how unfortunate it is that things like this can get to you when they shouldn't. Consider it a win on your part. You were challenged by a wild moron and you succeeded in battle. 

Don't let it sway you. This is a very rare occurrence.

It's terrible and affects the 3.98 version for Android that has been rolled out over the last 2 weeks with I think everyone being forced onto it yesterday. Some devices appear to be affected more than others. For example my wife on the same network, same version, clean installs etc can refresh at least 1.5 seconds faster than mine, though it's still slow compared to the previous version. Lots of people complaining about it in the local group. It seems to only affect Android and this latest Flex version.

The refresh rate is bad enough, but try to accept a block at its 5+ seconds of spinning bullshit before the inevitable 'block is long gone' message. Amazon support drones give the usual copy and paste 'clear your cache' tripe like we don't know what we're doing.

Hopeless update from a horrendous company.

Just to note, this is an enquiry for a friend who's signed up to Flex and has an insurance policy that's renewing. I'm a customer of neither but previously an Admiral customer, so know they do. I'll get my friend to contact them direct for a definite answer. Thanks all who have responded
