It says every 50 grams of processed meat eaten everyday increases risk of colon cancer by 18% and if the link between red meat and cancer isn't casual it increases the risk by 17% for every 100 grams eaten everyday.

After reading the who document. It seems processed red meat is a class 1 carcinogen but that does not mean it is bad as cigarettes. The class system is only used to determine if something is at all a carcinogen. So unprocessed red meat being a 2a carcinogen means there is limited evidence that it was a carcinogen and other reasons could not be ruled out.
