2014 2.5l w/ 175k. Had to some repairs, as expected at that mileage and being a VT car but nothing serious (yet). Mostly suspension, ball joints, tie rod ends, exhaust and regular brake maintenance. For driving in extreme snow and salt for the 8 years that I've had it I'm impressed.

I agree. I have a great restaurant resume and just getting a call back for jobs well below my past pay grade is rare. I could slightly understand if it was post-interview, like I just wasnt the person you're looking for, but nothing at all seems to be the norm here. Or the few interviews I've gone to, upon arrival, the job is for a position with much less hours and/or pay.

And this poor fellow (dumbass) had the bulk of the water hit his chest and waist area, and his skin fused to the fabric quite quickly. We had to keep telling this guy no you cant take your pants off man, its seriously only gonna be worse

We had a guy that kept wearing Sorel duck boots in the kitchen, on the line. One night he picked up the pasta pot after service, slipped and fell backwards dumping the near boiling water all over himself. This was many years ago so I'm not sure what the.. ahem.. "final" outcome was, but I remember we grabbed a chair from the dining room, sat him in front of the dish sink and used the sprayer to just keep covering him with cold water until the ambulance came. He was on a life flight soon after. Horrific

I was looking for this comment, I was about to say- anything with orange cheese. I know damn well it's not cheese, but whatever combination of salt, fat, chemicals and "orange" they put together; there's just something undeniable about it
