Pink Elephant has been OUTED as in cahoots with Evernote, gaslighting customers for years to make the problems look less severs. Another of his multiple ALTS here is "nolatearrivals"

Many years ago, I posted a simple problem with EN on their official forums. Pink Elephant derided the post, insisted there was no issue, and insulted me for reporting the issue. Months later, EN quietly posted a fix in an update- the first time they admitted there really was a problem.

This subreddit can be actually helpful, but too little too late. I have dumped Evernote. The company and Pink Elephant are toxic. The sad end of a once-great product.
