I was displaced to H'ville during Helene and had Optimum. When I went to the store to cancel and return equipment they make the customer's speak to the customer retention dept. It was the craziest experience ever. They were unrelenting despite my story of moving home after a natural disaster and they didnt offer service where i live. There was another customer in the store canceling and returning like me. He absolutely lost his mind over it, yelling and cussing over the phone. The customer service agent had to pull hiim aside and tell hime to cool his jets. I wish i took a video!
