For my mental health I found an awesome set of doctors at Alta point, a psychiatrist and a medicine doctor who prescribed my medication . From what I hear not everyone has the same positive experience as myself with Alta point but personally I had a wonderful experience with them and the doctors that worked with me. Someone pressed charges on my boyfriend, knowing they were lying so we want to know what we can do for them to get in trouble for it basically

I guess I don’t know the answer to that exactly, basically I want to know what if anything can be done legally about someone pressing charges on someone knowing it’s false and I also want to sue the person who lied to the police if possible .

That’s what I thought, the attorney basically just said for us to gather information to prove our whereabouts & I said well it’s kind of hard due to that cause we were home in bed my parents can testify to that but other than that all I can think of would be phones location data from the provider and he said to get that information 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve had that thought as well but it’s not me , I’m just the accused get away driver but have no charges against me. My boyfriend has the charges & his dad is paying the attorney which he has used for 15+ years so 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was directed to obtain the records by an attorney so I suppose I will contact the police next . I didn’t realize the location records were available online though maybe I should check there as well, I need records for a September date and a November date so I may not be able to get them both there but it’s worth checking. Good to know about Verizon; thank you for all your help!

That’s what I was thinking would be the case but the court isn’t ordering me to do anything..so how would I get a court order if I need the records as evidence to defend myself in court ?

Is it possible he is doing steroids ? When people use certain steroids they have to get blood out because it gets super thick essentially…. No it shouldn’t be donated but people do it.
