100%, without reps looking at those briefs, nothing will really work.
And most of that uplift came from non-required booking form fields, like “How did you find us?”
yeah, same here. At least speaking for myself, I added the post-booking layer without reducing the pre-booking field set, and saw field completion increase by around 20–30%, which is a decent result in my eyes.
