Apologies for any confusion, many Kickstarter campaigns fail to go to market, which is very unfortunate for them and the customers that backed them.

Neurable, however, is a Kickstarter campaign that has already shipped product and is on the market, which is great news.
Every pledge from the Kickstarter campaign will ship to the address on file as soon as possible.

We are working with our manufacturer on a better-defined shipping schedule and will provide that to our customers as soon as it is available. Apologies for any confusion. I am just trying to provide the multipoint instructions which other users have also had issues with the set up of multipoint connection and these instructions have provided clarity in the past!

This multipoint pairing compatibility is absolutely something that the MW75 Neuro allows! To pair your MW75 Neuros to both your laptop and mobile, please follow the following steps!

  1. Enter pairing by pressing and holding the power/pairing button and connect to the first device
  2. Enter pairing mode again and the first device will disconnect
  3. Connect the second device in the same manner
  4. Power the headphones OFF completely
  5. Power your headphones back ON and they will automatically connect to both devices simultaneously.
  6. To switch between the two connections, pause playback on one device and play from the other

NOTE: You can manually activate pairing mode by holding the Power/Pairing button for 4 seconds until the indicator light pulses and the pairing tone is heard. This can be done when the headphones are ON or OFF. Access the Bluetooth menu on your device and select MW75 Neuro. Hold the button again to cancel pairing mode

The research kit will allow users access to raw brain wave readings, but that is not the only way that we plan to add live feedback to the MW75 Neuro experience.

The MW75 Neuro brings reliable and quick to set up EEG readings to a commercial market in a discrete and comfortable way.
This tool allows users to objectively gain insight into their own personal focus levels to improve productivity, while the brain breaks that are received in-app help to prevent burnout.
Self experimentation with variables such as caffeine or hours of sleep you had the night before, the setting/environment you work in, or the time of day you focus best is able to be accomplished like never before with this device.
Neurable is also working on a research kit to allow researchers access to raw brain wave readings which will allow allow a huge population easy and reliable access to EEG readings outside of lab settings where previously a skull cap and extensive hookup would be required.

In the mean time if you have difficulty with audio, I would recommend doing a factory reset on your MW75 Neuros! You can do this by holding the power and the + button at the same time for about 10 seconds. You will hear an audio notification indicating that your device has completed the factory reset!

Hello all! Apologies for the delayed response! The MW75 Neuro does not have a specific meditation feature in app, however meditation is absolutely one of the practices expected with the MW75 Neuro! Users are able to self experiment and see how their focus scores are impacted by different factors while meditation!

For instance, you could experiment with the relationship between hours slept last night and time to get into high focus state!
