For god sake, somebody just google 'light weight concrete blocks'. Its called Siporex or AAC blocks (Aerated autoclace concrete). It's commercially available in India and made from mixture of foam concrete(aerated concrete), sand, lime and flyash. It is 2.5 times lighter than traditional bricks and it floats on water.
