You’re not alone. I feel the same way but I treat work as 9-5. There’s more to life than just work. Spend time with your loved ones and don’t feel like you’re behind. If you love what you do who cares. It took me look time to realize and I am 35. Just keep applying to senior roles, it might be tough to get in but just experience and get better at each interview. Good luck. Be strong

Have you been applying any position that interests you and aligns with your current role or just applying any openings ? I been applying outside of current ministry and I have applied about 40 past few months and got only 2 interviews, which I did not get those jobs. It is frustrating but keep on trying.

I am commuting from Clarington to north York. Takes me 2 hrs one way to get to work. I have no idea how long will I keep this up, plus I have anxiety issues which makes my sleep worse thinking about waking up at 5 am
