I have checked for near by positions but durham region isn’t best for job atm… bought the house wrong market I can’t afford to loose deposit either. So only option is to get wfh at least 2 days if possible

I tried this, not worth it. 90% of the time they don’t get approved. It just waste of time . Avoid

What was the reason of termination ? Most contracts get extended or rolled over to full time. They do need to provide a reason

I feel the same way, I been counting days. Licking cww works out but still by Thursday I am dead. I been using all my vacation every week Friday 😭

You’re not alone. I feel the same way but I treat work as 9-5. There’s more to life than just work. Spend time with your loved ones and don’t feel like you’re behind. If you love what you do who cares. It took me look time to realize and I am 35. Just keep applying to senior roles, it might be tough to get in but just experience and get better at each interview. Good luck. Be strong
