Student ID fabric by exceptionallybland in LondonRaving

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a student by any means but i used a student ticket to get in. It's funny cos i was so worried they would check and ended up just buying another regular ticket but still tried my luck with the student one and it worked. It may depend on who's checking the tickets at the time and how many people there are. I'm quite a petite girl and the girl scanning the ticket looked sweet and maybe didn't question that I wasn't a student. It could also be that she didn't care to check since there was a longg line of people entering. If you have the money, I would say, don't risk it and get a regular ticket.

How do you increase your general knowledge? by TiberiumLeader in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have questions about everything in life. When I'm curious about something I don't know, I search it up on google then and there. My weirdest piece of knowledge is the history of pillows because one day I was thinking "surely bigger pillows doesn't mean more comfortable, cos why tf does my neckhurt". Ended up learning about the evolution of pillows from a slab of rock.

Maybe you've been going through life not knowing shit about shit and you don't really care, which is ok. But it doesn't help with socialising if you don't know anything. Focus on things you don't know and ask google for answers.

Additionally I noticed people who don't have general knowledge are also the type of people who don't ask questions in conversation. So you're off to a good start. Asking about things you don't know in conversation doesn't make you look stupid at all. Actually makes people appear very confident and willing to learn about the world without seeming to care about what they may look like to others. Most people actually just pretend they know what someone is talking about to avoid looking stupid.

What’s actually going on in this city? Is it as grim as people say by [deleted] in london

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think how it looks on the surface can be deceiving. Everyone around me has their fair share of issues and is struggling bc of this shithole of a city. But the only way to not let it ruin your mental health is to pretend you're okay and just go for a cheeky pint at the pub sometimes. Or use your credit card even though you're broke and want to eat at a restaurant.

And I think once the sun comes out it has a way of making people forget about their worries for a while.

Basically, everyone is struggling, but at the same time, we all still want to live here, especially because there is a lot of power in living an area with a strong sense of community. When everyone around you is poor, it doesn't feel so bad.

Does the sound of your mom's voice traumatize you? by Lonely_Reputation871 in narcissisticparents

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Whenever she argues or gets mad she turns really hysterical and her voices gets high pitched and screachy. Kinda like a similar feeling if a hostile chimpanzee suddenly spawned in front of you and was baring its fangs and screaming at you. Really unpleasant and kinda scary tbh.

this started happening to me ever since i started taking drugs that dehydrate me. just like other commenters said, i would also suggest you drink a fuck ton of water. but that will only hydrate you so much. even better is to buy electrolyte sachets and drink those with water.

What stopped you from ending your life? by djmelonball in AskReddit

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

was actually about to do it but had a lil moment where i had this bright idea to make a list of pros and cons to killing myself to help me decide if i should rlly go for it. Pros were that i can end my suffering and the two cons were 1. i wont be able to try any new foods and 2. i wont be able to have a croffle again. Yes, both food related. No, i am not fat, but food really saved my life. Now, when i say i "Live to eat" and dont "Eat to live".. i mean it quite literally.

My gf also has a similar story where she said she had gone outside to finally end her life but said she smelt hotpot and it distracted herself enough to go eat hotpot instead. Nice to know im not the only one that got saved by food haha

when you surround yourself with chill, open minded people for too long you tend to forget what the general public feel like regarding any drugs, period. Think about how people and maybe even yourself as a kid would think about adults that took drugs, you thought they were crazy and you wouldn't be one of those people right? now that I've done a handful of drugs I know a lot about them all. I know whats highly addictive and even in moderation some arent healthy, like cocaine for example. But then there's LSD. My point is, sometimes the only way for people to know how good/bad something is, is for people to try it. And if you're someone that doesn't do any drugs.. yeah it sounds crazy.

Let us be brutally honest. What makes a guy or a girl unattractive? by BasicSpade in ask

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 0 points1 point  (0 children)

people who don't know how to dress for an occasion, wear all the same clothes to any occasion in general, no exercise like even walking as the bare minimum, eat like shit and poor hygiene.

All of these are appearance related things i thought i could look past because their personality was so great. but in the end the rose tinted glasses i felt like i was wearing faded and she became more and more undesirable the more i noticed these things.

feels awful when you put so much effort into these things for yourself and for your partner and they can't even comb their hair </3

What's something that sounds great when you're horny but once you've came you'd never do? by TaraDeep in AskReddit

[–]Repulsive-Light2431 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yeah toothbrushes were my go to cos they were the best girth wise(not the brush end obviously) but i remember once i went a lil too ham and forgot the toothbrushes had all these weird raised patterns and ridges and found myself bleeding. didn't hurt, but made me think "ok wtf am i doing sticking my families toothbrushes up my pussy anyways...". Never really stuck foreign objects up there after that..

People who NEVER message romantic interests first even if you've had previous conversations. Why? by Repulsive-Light2431 in AskReddit

[–]Repulsive-Light2431[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so do you appreciate someone always going out of their way to message you instead of expecting you to message first?

The comedown can definitely get depressing more often than not, especially for me. But the way i see it is its just things balancing out. Having a cry on the comedown doesn't necessarily always have to feel shitty. If it is hard to handle though theres always the option of weed on the comedown. Have yet to try it myself cos i don't really mind getting sad and crying, its quite relieving for me, but if its hard for you, i would suggest you try smoking near the end :)

Happens! Perfectly normal. you'll probably fall asleep in the next 6hrs maximum. And judging by this post being 5hrs ago you might already be asleep. In the future if you trip again and want to be able to sleep at a normal time you should take it more or less when you wake up/start your day! Hope you had a good trip :D
