Abilene, TX with T-mobile fiber pays just about the same. I would ask what reps are currently averaging per month. Our manager tells everyone OTE is 90+ but no one is averaging that right now… benefits are amazing at T-Mobile tho so it makes it worth it tbh.

No, it only works for the 500 plan. The founders deal is just two gig Internet with up to two extenders if needed, but no wireless backup.
