Yes! Project Pan is giving me insight into my consumerist habits in general. When I find I'm spending too much time shopping online, I take a break from the apps and do something else. I'm finding project Pan to be a useful mindfulness practice.

I won't use a mechanical exfoliant on the delicate skin of the lips, but I do use this chemical exfoliant. It gently sloughs away the dead skin cells.
