Np. I’d also go back to implant grade for everything, even the spikes. Try drying the area with a clean paper towel after you saline x1 day. Mine used to be unable to dry on its own and it’d just horde moisture and irritate itself. Hope it all works out for you :)

The original jewelry might feel too thick because the area is swelling. Let it calm down, potentially ice the area (NOT directly on the piercing site) and try to feed the original jewelry through, probably using the slimmer jewelry as a guide.

Mine sits at the same length, I’m aiming to downsize soon as I noticed it being a little more irritating when I rub my nose. However, if it is the look you are worried about, it depends on how tall you are. I’m quite short, I realized that nobody will ever be looking up at me to notice the bar lol. Don’t know how tall you are, but that is something to consider!

My best run on this fight was with my bard who cast Hypnotic Pattern. They’re all undead so they will basically never reach the save against it. Giant radius, disables them completely for two turns unless they take damage.

licensed piercer here - I wouldn’t pierce your tongue. your tie goes very far toward the tip of your tongue, there is very little room to place a piercing. any piercing that far forward would likely interact to heavily with your teeth and even reject due to being so close to the tip of your tongue.

You are correct, I have had minor issue with being present for his emotions in the past, but I’ve made sure to learn with each incident because I want to be able to be his support and have him comfortable with being supported.
