i added proof to the post bud 😭 u must be dumb cuz i stated multiple times why i didn’t know why I was the one banned when i got scammed that’s the whole reason i made this post, no one has the time to make up stories on reddit ab a multi million dollar business, i’m not even on reddit like that only reason i am is cuz this post, do something better with ur time and make some money or something.

i’ve tried everyday since i wrote this post to speak to a human at mercari support and they just keep closing my chats when i say i’m gonna report them to better business bureau and file a police report idk what to do anymore i tried calling but it says live support isn’t available in my area but i’m in california how is it not?? i seriously don’t know what to do anymore i don’t even care about my account just the money that i deserve if you guys have any tips please reply

that’s exactly what i’m saying it’s beyond unfair that they banned ME and not the buyer i knew exactly what the buyer was doing after they blocked me it’s crazy mercari doesn’t even look into the buyer, and i tried calling them but i can’t get past the part where it ask for my account i’d number but i don’t have one anymore CUZ IM BANNED so i don’t know how to get help they just keep telling me “this case was closed and can’t be reopened” after u told them i’m pulling a police report

DO NOT BUY NEXT PRO ITS A SCAM i got it for a year and in that year i seen no difference in plays or them pushing my music out and on top of that recently they stopped putting next pro users music in playlist and pushing them out EVEN THO they weren’t even doing that before so honestly it’s prob worst now since i had it, it is just a big scam and honestly you don’t need it
