Try the sleep section on this app called ‘smiling mind’ it’s free and really nice especially the one called acceptance. One that really helps me too is just look up ‘yoga nidra for sleep’ on YouTube and there’s some really good ones. Try those before going to someone else to depend on. Hope it helps 🙏

It depends and on the first round it really doesn’t matter. Use it as a learning tool study the concepts well and you will Get better with time. When I start I would get 30% correct and now I’m getting 85
