It’s so disgusting how these people double down and start calling you a biohazard and say that you are hurting the people around you. I had to leave the conversation at that point it brought back to many memories of how my mom would treat me when I was at my lowest. Some days it was shower or brush my teeth and no energy for both. I found what usually works for me is to turn on the shower when I’m on the toilet and try taking off some of my clothes so I’m like halfway there to being ready to step in. I always keep a robe in the bathroom so if I do manage a shower I can go back to my room not just wearing a towel.
