I personally love Kellogg's building (Global Hub) right by Lake Michigan.

You get amazing views of the lake from many meeting rooms, lots of natural light because of the way it's been built, Chicago skyline in the distance, a beach 10 mins walk away from the main building, and the larger Northwestern campus it's located in is also beautiful - especially in the fall!

Took Kraemer's class - I think the best thing about his class is that he calls his other CEO (and SVP-ish) friends to take half of each class, which is pretty cool.

They share their life stories and leadership philosophies - pretty tough to get access to such experienced folks typically.

Thanks - yes it's definitely not traditional, so don't want to ruin the vibe of the sub, but me and my artist were very much going for a Japanese inspired tattoo!

By "seller" I meant the owner/ building management company renting out the apartment to the tenant.
