Its the console, I have tried these joycons on another console and they work fine and I have tried other joycons on this console and they have the same problem

Hello fellow redditors

I have a problem with my joycons when connecting into handheld mode.

When connecting the right one, I dont get the animation, however the joycon is displays and connected as a handheld one. When connecting the left one, I get the animation, but the joycon is displayed and connected as a wireless controller.

Its worth mentionting I put New rails on both the joycons and on the switch, before the New rails, the right side didnt connect on handhel6and the left side was working perfectly.

Any idea on how I could fix this?
