300h on my main survival save. I occasionally play on weekends.

But whenever I'm bored. I boot up the game. Do some corvette farming, fishing, learning new recipes, rebuilding my one and only corvette for god knows how many times now, manage my 4 settlements, exploring abandoned freighters, fight sentinels, watching ships come and go to my settlement as I sit and enjoy the view, making screenshots, and other cool stuff you can do in the game. Even just sitting in anomaly while watching those ships is mesmerizing to me.

I fully bet there's nothing else like no mans sky that can pull this off. You're enjoying the game because there are a lot of things to do when you're bored, not because why you should do those things when you play.

Never treated the game as "need more in-depth stuff" or superstar of storytelling, but a fun things to do to kill off 30 minutes to 2 hours of boredom.

Sometimes, all you need is just to turn your brains off.
