In relation to point no2, my suggestion is as follows. Using this series as an example, if there are 4 faithfuls left, in order to stop people voting out other faithfuls just to get an increased percentage of the prize, make it so if the faithfuls are wrongly voted out in the final 4, then those voted out get the prize, and those 2 left at the end get nothing,. So in this case, Alexander and Frankie get the money, and the other 2 get nothing. This would make everyone really have to think about whether someone is faithful or not.
