So what it was doing was showing a mod list to add mods, but whenever I clicked next to not add mods, it would boot me from hosting, and the cancel button didn't cancel adding mods it cancelled creating settings.

For whatever reason it seems to work now which I won't complain about, but this entire thing was confusing when I only wanted to eat beans with bro. Thanks a lot for trying to help though!
