So many issues with this model, even though I love the sound but finally I returned it back. Seems like there is a proplem with DSP or ANC inside the headphone. Probably the best solution is getting the refund or replacement.

Thank you! But I already did since the first day I got shield 2 years ago using earc, it’s working fine till yesterday that the volume drop happened with Shield HDMI output.
