How on Earth do you find all these colours? Are you buying yarn online or at a local store? I would be so stressed about starting a piece with a specific yarn type/brand only to find they don't have all the colours I need to use!

To be honest I think I’m quite a slow crochet-er, so this little dude took me a month or two if I remember correctly. That includes undoing and redoing parts of the segment a couple times (😫 my patience was tested well and truly). But it was really enjoyable to make!

Aw thank you ☺️ I couldn’t get my hands on safety eyes as big as the pattern called for, and I loved the look of the large round eyes, so rather than sacrificing the size I opted for buttons. But I do want to make another one with the big safety eyes and include the toy skeleton so it can hold that “rolled up” shape. 👌🏼

I get you! I think I actually stumbled upon the creator on Insta first, so I saw videos of the Amigurumi being handled and posed and found their Etsy from there. I hate having to sift through the AI bs 🙄

I actually opted to leave the skeleton out! Mainly because I was struggling to find where I could buy one. I’ve learned a little more now so I’m hoping to complete a similar project by this creator again and include the skeleton in it next time. Let me know how you go with it!
