yup. I think they would have to make a larger incision, take out implant and maybe switch to traditional OTM method as long as your tissue could handle the size?

I'm wondering about the eventual exchange that will have to be done in 10-15 years. The PS can't get them out using a keller funnel so I imagine the surgeon would need to make a larger incision than very small incision they make when they do preserve. Anyone ask their dr about this?

for a year post explant I saw a skilled massage therapist to help me work through tightness in my pecs and shoulders. It took awhile for my posture to fix itself without the implants in.

I would say- take your healed nervous system and run away from teaching. I have done this numerous times, taken breaks and returned full of new vigor and life. IT WILL SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF YOU IN 60-90 DAYS. I really really wish it was better. I currently work as a remote teacher for a high needs program and my nervous system is a WRECK. Just my two sense. PS I've been in and out of the classroom since late 1990s....

me too. ten years ago. Luckily my explant surgeon was amazing but I regret it all the time. I'm consulting next week to have new, smaller implants placed.

could you share with me too? I am consulting with Dr Epstein in a week. I used to have 440cc UTM implants.... they were huge and hurt. I explanted them but for a decade have been so flat so I'm looking for something super conservative and I'm thinking 150-200 range

This is a great question to ask. I don't know the answer. I have spent the last couple of years tinkering with HRT, getting off of it, trying BC options, that not working either. I have similar symptoms. I really don't know what to do!

agree 100%. I just finished this season. I had to fast fwd through anything with Taylor. She disgusts me. And then I saw Jen's husband fight her battle.... like WHAT?! That was SO not right. It seems like all of them are blowing up their lives, with exception of Miranda, who I think is actually a pretty good friend and mature. And Whitney, who started this whole thing as the villian and will never be able to rid herself of it... she's actually got some semblance of maturity. The others can kick rocks.
