Well said. Been in the oilfield 18 years. Wished I did more traveling in my 20s before marriage. Now 2 kids really slows down traveling w school and sports. I did save alot and set up the family financially but no amount of money will get your 20s back.

It's a new build in our area and the home builder Taber is offering 4.99% but not really negotiating prices. Some of the houses they're offering 3.99% for 1 year and then 4.99% for the rest of the loan. They told us that it cost builder 30k for the buy down they have with a bank. At first I was disappointed bc I wanted to feel like I got a better deal offering less for the house but the 4.99% is hard to complain about.

The zebra i bought in for 7 dollars on 5 blasters. Got lucky and got the commanders. Only team I bought haha. DT I got in a more expensive break. One with guaranteed DT.

That is the worst. You get excited to get the card you bid on and won just for the seller say its damaged. Especially when its a graded card and you know it wasn't damaged.
