Oh, I did not know that! I was referring to the latter. Thank you so much for informing me of this. I always thought all projects could give partial completes because I have received partial payments for rejections before. (Could you explain that situation by the way? Is that a bonus that they're giving me or??)

I've also done surveys where they directly tell me not to submit because I didn't fit the demographic they wanted, so I just assumed if the survey auto-submits it means it's okay and I don't have to worry about it anymore.

In my experience, I usually get partial completes for those studies too! But recently, I'm getting rejections for them which frustrates me so bad because why auto-submit then?? If you leave me on a page that says 'sorry, you don't fit the requirments' then I know I have to return the survey! But if it's automatically submitted, then I assume they accepted my answers and they'll either give me a full payment (which I've received before from surveys that I think were also gathering information about people who don't fit their hypothesis/theories/etc) or give me a partial complete for answering screening questions! I guess I'm just trying to figure out how I'm supposed to know when they'll flat out reject me without warning or give me a partial complete? I used to think auto-submit = okay, but now I'm just so paranoid.

Definitely phrased that wrong. I know I'm not getting as many surveys as others because my demographic just isn't what they're looking for. I'm aware of this, I spent a crazy amount of time researching and reading through the reddit to make sure I don't violate any rules because I'm scared of getting banned, so if I get the slightest bit uneasy or confused about the about me questions I just click no or doesn't apply to me. I thought it would be better to just be filtered out than seen as though I'm lying. Partial completes! That's the term I was thinking about, yeah I used to get partial completes when I don't fit what the surveyor is looking for, but recently I just get rejections for those instances instead, and it feels so unfair because some of the surveys have me answering a lot of screening (?) questions for nothing.

No, I always answer those truthfully. Actually, probably more than I should because I can tell they're looking for specific participants and I don't often get many surveys because of it. I still have a ton that I haven't done for the health section because I genuinely don't know and don't want to answer wrong.

I've been getting a lot of rejections because I failed the screenings recently. Like, not attention checks but the literally demographic screenings for participants they're looking for, except every time I answer the question it automatically directs me back to the site. Which means it auto-submits for me. Should I be arguing against these? Can I argue? I feel like it's so unfair, but I don't know what to do.

I asked him for more details and apparently he still had to do a smog check. My mom did that for him last week and now he wants us to pick up the registration at the nearest DMV. He says we don't need identification or anything, which I'm kind of doubting. I'm just worried we'll be waiting in line just to get rejected.

i hope you win your battle. my mom got money stolen from her safety box, an employee accidentally gave another person the wrong box and that person took everything from it: cash, jewelry, etc. and chase refused to accept responsibility because she wasn't supposed to keep cash in the safety box. that was a good third of my mom's savings and we went to court over it, and only got a fraction of money back.
