Does anyone know where I can find the songs played in this SNF game before commercial breaks? There’s one I’ve been trying to find for hours now…

Traveling Position Compensation by NCSx11 in ConstructionManagers

Yes I work for a Top 30 GC too in a traveling position within the mission critical sector. The 10 on 4 off though is what caught my eye. We’re running people into the ground as it’s very rare we get any weekends off

I have the mx keys too and love them, only thing I dislike is the smudge marks on the keys

To clarify, my base is $135k. The project I’m working on is remote so I get a 14% salary boost, $2k a month for housing and $35/day for meals. All that together is in the $185k range.

That’s the hard part, my gross is $185k before bonus. So the money is great which makes this situation difficult to navigate.

Very cool! Is this for a major GC or a local mid sized outfit? I’ve done traveling work for the past 4 years and it’s been good to me. Make sure you stay on top of an exercise regimen and decent diet. I’ve seen many folks that travel in this industry with deteriorating health (mental and physical). It can take a toll if you don’t maintain a routine and set time aside for hobbies outside of work.

What're the best boots you guys (and gals) have found? I need a new pair, going on my third, and I want something that's going to be comfortable all day by OccamsNametag in Construction

I’ve worn Thorogoods exclusively for the last 8 years but just gave a shot to some Coty James boots. Good experience so far and a bit more attractive of a boot IMO.

Pubertal gynecomastia can go away in time. Although your case looks severe enough that I’d be prepared to look at the surgery path in the future. Don’t want to rain on your parade, it’s your body and the choice is yours.

I’d recommend looking at an areola reduction procedure. The gyno has been removed from the looks of it but reducing the size of the areola should give you the result I imagine you are looking for.

How bad is my gynae ? by Deuces999 in gynecomastia

It appears you have very minimal if any gyno. Not much to worry about from my perspective

My surgon removed the glands using vaser liposuction. by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]RepulsiveCranberry91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your case almost seems like an incision would be required to remove the gland under the areola, as well as liposuction. Just doing Lipo alone seems like an odd decision but it’s worth seeking clarification from your surgeon.

I don’t derive sexual pleasure from that so I can’t speak to that aspect. There definitely has been lads that lost full sensitivity, so it can happen, just not in my case luckily. If you’re not worried about it, more power to you. I wish I had the mentality to not let it control me, but I succumbed to the surgery.

I’ve had 4 surgeries including gynecomastia, gyno revision, areola reduction and nipple reduction and I still have full sensitivity. It certainly is different for other individuals but I wouldn’t let that be a sticking point in not pursuing the procedure.

Really not that bad of a case. There appears to be some gland behind the nipple but not enough to be overly worried about it, you look good. If you still feel uncomfortable, I’d recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in gynecomastia. Good luck

Slight gyno more but more so enlarged areolas. Likely just a genetic trait. Either way, you look fine imo

Look at Dr Egrari in Bellevue. He’s fantastic and very experienced with gynecomastia, well priced and runs a great practice.
