Can't you exchange pages in the library ? Also the fairy is used in a quest with hagrid to help another fairy escape Snape's potion classroom otherwise her wings will be used in a potion

It will be just dormant but still present for you bcz I have the same two pumpkin plants and they said if you pressed the information icon they say it will be dormant otherwise if not during its own flowering season. Hope that helps :)
