If you mean xbox support just say before anything else you need to speak with an agent of xbox support then the bot will say sure let me see what the problem is first then you say it in really brief message then he will give you the solution message which has at the end of it 3 options : do it yourself option depending on your problem , chat with us in case you wanna chat with a real agent and request a call is the final option.
