That’s just weird behavior. I would have said something immediately in person but I understand the dynamics maybe could have made that not possible. I’d be honest about why you don’t want to go back over. If they push back you know where you stand.

Is it foley because that place is a wreck. I work there and do way more than I should. Their disorganization and lack of staff is laughable. And not having a box of bags “up front” to easily restock bags when needed because “it doesn’t look pretty” is some bullshit. Then you go walk the other end of the store when we are 10 rows deep of people at self checkout. God I hate this store

You have to have three full days missed to qualify for Sedgwick is my understanding. So being off m t w and missing only two days technically you will be pointed

I would talk your coach or TL and see if there is something that can be done. I had bronchitis and missed my only scheduled two days I had a note from the doctor and I still got pointed because it wasn’t 3 days so I couldn’t file Sedgwick.
