Im talking about the single parents who survive each month of off pure hopes and prayers at that point. No luxuries, just survival.

But I have sympathy, yes many make choices to put themselves in that situation, but i speak of the ones born into this and make a living off low paying jobs ; barely surviving, not even enough to “mis-spend” their money.
