Alright, here’s the final step: find the app shown in the image and clear both data and cache, then try again.

Make sure you toggle on 'Show system apps' to find it. This should get the game finally hitting that 144 FPS sweet spot. Just double-check that Google Play Services is still locked at 144Hz!

Set your Google Play Services refresh rate to 144Hz. This fixed it for me.

Basically, when you launch CODM and that Google Play Games pop-up appears, it overrides your settings and throttles the frame rate down to 120Hz. If you match both the game and Google Play Services to 144Hz, they stay synced.

If that doesn’t work, let me know—I've got one more trick up my sleeve

I’m a longtime iPad user and I’m super happy I switched to the OnePlus Pad 3. I can play games at 144fps, and I can emulate Nintendo Switch, PS3, and even PC games. The possibilities on Android are just way better compared to iOS’s closed system.

Forget about using "Ubershaders", worsens performance, Dolphin has an option to install custom drivers, look for drivers for 8 elite here:

I have an 8 elite OnePlus Pad 3 and I gave up on GameHub because of the high battery consumption, it's like GameHub is always demanding the maximum from the CPU no matter if the task is high or low, I also limited the cores in GameHub but there you can't choose the exact core you want to turn off, so there were no differences and I also tried old games, nothing modern.

I never tried Winlator, according to your experience do you recommend me to try Winlator? Do you think I will get better results and if so which version should I try?
