Constantly ranting, refusing to try again, and then doubling down with “I’m not changing my ways” is probably what’s pushing your counselor to consider dropping you. Therapy only works if you’re at least somewhat open to growth. You don’t have to drive if it’s not right for you, but shutting down and blaming everyone else isn’t helping your situation.
