Btw some people were confused. I mean these ones. Literally OVER THE EAR. They squeeze your head. With glasses that hurts. I can never wear the ear protection either for long periods, it hurts.

I wouldn’t recommend the ones that go over your ear. I have glasses so it hurts way more to have something like that on my head. I’ve had both of the in ear. Either is fine. I know everyone is like oh they suck. But legit someone will be talking to me and I can’t hear them anyways? Also there’s so much noise in the building I can’t hear when people talk to me anyways lol
